Where can I view your flight schedule?

You can use our booking engine on https://www.vacanceswestjetquebec.com to determine what destinations and travel dates are available for your gateway.

All flight times are subject to change with or without prior notice. Please be sure to provide us or your travel agent with your contact information for while you’re in Canada and in destination (either a phone number and/or email address). In the event that your flight schedule changes, we will get in touch with you at the contact information provided. We do recommend that you visit the website of the airline shown on your e-documents within 12 hours prior to departure to verify your flight time or sign up for Flight Alerts if you’re travelling on board Sunwing Airlines.

Children aged five to 11 years old are eligible for our Unaccompanied Minors Program, which offers a seamless travel experience for both kids and adults. The program is available on domestic and international Sunwing Airlines direct flights, and is $50 one way or $100 round-trip.

There are no bassinets on Sunwing Airlines planes. Infants must ride on the lap of a parent for the duration of the flight unless the infant has a paid seat and rides in an approved car seat or CARES (child/infant restraint system) seat. We make every effort to get your vacation started as soon as possible but sometimes, as with all airlines, we experience delays. These could be due to a number of reasons including weather, aircraft mechanical checks, airport congestion or the late arrival of a previous flight. Regardless, you can rest assured that we are doing everything we can to minimize your delay.

We do not offer connecting flights to our vacation departure airports; however, we do fly out of over 35 airports across Canada including smaller regional gateways. If you require a connecting flight to one of these airports, please contact your travel agent. Should a change in the flight schedule occur for your reservation which necessitates a change to your connecting flight(s), you assume the full cost of any additional fees. We cannot be held liable for damages or additional fees incurred by passengers due to a missed connecting flight for whatever reason.

Depending on the nature of the flight delay, the airport representatives may not have an immediate answer in regards to your revised departure time. We ask for your patience and encourage you to check the airport flight information display screens for the latest available information.
