How do I book my vacation?

You can book online at www.vacanceswestjetquebec.com or with a member of our Sales Centre at 1-877-665-6045. Relay services are also available at 1-800-855-0511 (Voice to TTY) or 711. We’ll be happy to help you with any new or existing reservations. For group travel, please contact your travel agent.

Children and infant fares vary for each airline, cruise, and hotel. We recommend that you consult with your travel agent or the WestJet Vacations Québec Sales Centre to determine the respective rate(s) for your children and infants. You can also keep an eye out for the Smile Resorts™ logo on select hotel pages, which offer Kids Stay, Play and Eat FREE deals and no single parent supplement fee for select room categories.

Once a vacation package, hotel or flight is purchased, the pricing (excluding taxes) is fixed. Price differences for the same product cannot be refunded, nor added to an existing booking.

Depending on the type of ticket you have purchased, changes and/or cancellations may or may not be permitted. For bookings made with Sunwing Airlines, changes and/or cancellations are permitted and may result in a change or cancellation fee per person. For bookings made with other airlines, any change may be considered a cancellation and could result in the loss of the non-refundable portion paid at the time of booking and varies depending on multiple items; such as the proximity of departure date. Yes, we offer cancellation protection with our Worry Free Cancellation Waiver and Manulife Global Travel Insurance + Worry Free for WestJet Vacations Québec plans. We strongly recommend that you purchase one of our vacation protection plans to ensure you’re prepared for the unexpected. Our Worry Free Cancellation Waiver allows you to cancel for any reason up to three hours prior to departure and receive a 100% refund (some or all of which may be paid in future travel vouchers), starting at $69 per person. Our Manulife Global Travel Insurance + Worry Free for WestJet Vacations Québec offers everything included in our Worry Free Cancellation Waiver in addition to emergency medical coverage and more, starting at $119 per person. By pre-booking your WestJet Vacations Québec Excursions, you’ll ensure you get the tour and date you want in addition to saving by pre-paying in Canadian Dollars. You also won’t have to bring any extra cash with you on holiday. We highly recommend pre-booking excursions to avoid disappointment, especially during peak travel periods such as around statutory holidays and school breaks. If you change your mind, you can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before you depart from Canada.

You may also book an excursion during your flight on board Sunwing Airlines or in destination with NexusTours representatives, WestJet Vacations Québec's trusted in-destination partner at your resort. WestJet Vacations Québec accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

You may download your electronic documents within 28 days prior to your departure, once you have paid for your trip in full. E-documents can be accessed through the My Booking Portal.

In addition to your flight and accommodation details, vouchers for any additional services purchased will be included in your e-documents such as excursions, airport lounges, etc.
