Many countries will no longer accept passports that are not valid for 6 months after the return date, nor will they accept passports damaged in any way. As travel requirements can change, it is your responsibility to check the entry requirements put in place by the border authorities of the country you are planning to visit as well as the Government of Canada website. An Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) is required for visa-exempt foreign nationals entering Canada. Canadian citizens, holders of a valid Canadian Permanent Resident Card, and U.S. Citizens are exempt. The eTA will be required when boarding a flight to Canada. We strongly recommend that eligible travellers submit their applications prior to departure from Canada. For complete details, visit http://Canada.ca/eTA .
